For nearly 25 years, I dedicated my career to transforming brands and businesses, and nurturing teams and environments in which people could do their most inspired and innovative work. 

I have a consistent track record of delivering long-lasting creative partnerships as well as award-winning and highly effective campaigns—including two of the most powerful brand transformations in recent memory (Old Spice and KFC).

I’ve worked with hundreds of brands and organizations- from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and non-profits- and across nearly every category and industry imaginable.

Additionally, my five years in President roles at some of the world’s most ambitious and highly-regarded creative companies gave me a front row seat to how challenging and complex the intersection of modern business, creativity, prevailing culture and our own humanity has become.

From a consultancy standpoint, I focus on helping to set the stage for remarkable brands and extraordinary creative leaps- and on removing barriers to the development of game-changing ideas.
