My five years in President roles at some of the world’s most ambitious and highly-regarded creative companies gave me a front row seat to how challenging and complex the intersection of modern business, creativity, prevailing culture and our own humanity has become.

I’ve become incredibly conscious of the impact this is having on people in leadership positions. What it demands from them personally, and what it requires from them in terms of clarity, influence, skills and inner strength.

A huge part of my personal mission is to help creative business leaders navigate and thrive in this reality - and to help the next generation of leaders in marketing, advertising, entertainment and design prepare themselves to rise to the challenge.

Being an effective creative leader requires equal parts vision, conviction, emotional intelligence and objective assessment.

I partner with clients to help them meet their ambition, rally their organization and strike the right balance between living, leading and creating so that they don’t burn out.
